After the selected eleven withdrew their services the WICB had to find a squad to take their place. Lots of other players were approached and they all declined. Bottom is line the scabs were the ones who said yes. Now, given who opened the batting for the scabs it is a fairly safe assumption that Chattergoon was approached but he said no. Dat is true bout assumption. The only people who know for sure who was approached is Hunte and others on the WICB. Given the team that finally played against Bangladesh it is very reasonable to assume dat de WICB went down dem player list until dey found 13+ scabs.  It is also natural to assume dat dem was going down de list based on where dem players was in pecking order.  So was Deo approached?
